To make space for everyone, we are limiting purchases to two dedications and no more than a half page total per child.

STEP 1: Select your option below and follow the prompts that take you through the process step by step. Your payment and emailed dedication are BOTH required to complete your purchase. 

STEP 2: Collect the appropriate number of photos for your dedication and send them via email to yearbook@kolterpto.com with “5th GRADE DEDICATION” in the subject line. Also include in the email:

  • Child’s Name
  • Teacher’s Name
  • Parent’s Name/Email/Phone number
