Kolter Item Donations 

 

Your generosity, big or small, helps our PTO fund programs for every Kolter student.

Tickets, gift cards, lessons, themed baskets, art, services, vacations—if it brings joy or convenience, it’s perfect for our auction.

 

What kinds of donations work well?

Experiences & Tickets

  • Sports or concert tickets (any section is great)
  • Behind-the-scenes tours, meet-and-greets, lessons (music, art, swim, coding)
  • Host-led experiences: backyard movie night, crawfish boil, dessert tasting

Goods & Gift Cards

  • Restaurant, coffee, or retail gift cards ($25–$200 do great!)
  • Themed baskets (Game Night, Movie-In, Book Lover, Cougar Spirit)
  • Services: photography mini-session, lawn care, tutoring hour, pet sitting

Reminder: The sky’s the limit, but it doesn’t have to be fancy.  

How to donate your item

  1. 1
    Tell us about it.
    Complete the short form with item name, description, any blackout dates, and estimated value.
  2. 2
    We’ll confirm details.
    Our team may polish the description and place it as a silent, live, or buy-it-now item.
  3. 3
    Drop-off or digital delivery.
    Physical items: bring to the PTO room. Digital items: email to auction@koltterpto.com .
  4. 4
    Get your receipt/acknowledgment.
    We’ll provide a donation acknowledgment letter for your records.

Simple guidelines

Expiration & Blackouts

Please include any expiration date and blackout dates. We recommend at least 6 months.

Transferability

Tickets/certificates should be transferable so the winner can use or gift them.

Fair Market Value

Provide your best estimate (face value for tickets, typical rate for services, etc.).

Restrictions

List any limits (age, location, specific dates). We’ll publish these with the item.

Packaging

We’ll display items nicely. Baskets/notes welcome but not required.

Deadlines

Priority deadline: Update date. Late gifts welcome as space allows.
